An eggless chocolate cake. Fluffy and delectable.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients below and sift in a bowl. Add sugar.
2. Mix milk with 1 ts white vinegar (this solution softens the cake)
3. Add vegetable oil and mix well the ingredients until well corporated.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes on 180 degrees.
